Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Luce, the voice-first sales operating system at luce.mihirgupta.dev, operated from Bengaluru, India (“Luce”, “we”). By signing in or using Luce you agree to them.

Your account and organization

You sign in with a Google account and belong to one or more organizations. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Organization admins control who can join their organization and what members can see.

Your data

Everything you and your teammates put into Luce — records, notes, voice notes, files and connected mail or calendar data — remains yours or your organization’s. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Luce uses AI models to turn voice notes, mail and meetings into proposed CRM records and actions. Proposals can be wrong. You review and confirm them; you are responsible for what you accept, and for anything Luce sends on your behalf after you confirm it.

Acceptable use

• Use Luce only for lawful business purposes and with data you are entitled to process, including the personal data of your customers and contacts.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, Gmail, Calendar, Google Maps and AI providers are subject to their own terms. Connecting them is optional, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and changes

Luce is under active development. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

You may stop using Luce at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Luce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of Luce, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
